Meet my new baby. His name is ThEoDoRE.

ThEoDoRE is a Bose® Wave® Music System. A make of the world’s most famous name in audio, ThEoDoRE is a little tabletop player that sounds like a live performing orchestra and like a system five times its size and prize. He plays audio CDs and mp3 files, is compatible with CD-R and CD-RW discs, and produces real crisp n’ clear music in loud or soft volume. As advertised by Bose®, I quote:

ThEoDoRE was a precious gift from my Aunt (a music and cooking enthusiast all her life) when I went to visit her in Modesto, CA, in June of this year, thus the name “ThEoDoRE,” i.e., God-given. Upon my arrival in the US, this surprise little present was ready and waiting to be taken home. It was one of three ThEoDoRE’s in the household, and Aunt gave me the most recently purchased unit yet unpacked.

My musical experience with ThEoDoRE has been overwhelming. I quote my Aunt, “I have never heard anything like ThEoDoRE, and I will never listen to anything else after him.” As per one of ThEoDoRE’s reviewers, “hearing is believing.” ThEoDoRE is especially good at instrumental music by string orchestras (easy listening), classical favorites, and choral selections, so my collection is finally put to music. I never thought that my years and years of greedy music hoarding was only waiting for ThEoDoRE to be finally put to life.

Indeed, ThEoDoRE is my new baby. He wakes me up in the morning with my favorite radio station, makes me smile when I’m depressed, and makes me exhilirate when he plays so differently better the music I used to fully appreciate even with my former players. He makes me collect even more and more music and makes me sit in front of my PC all the time just to burn the CDs he has to play. He also likes to connect with my older players and plays their music through him for a better experience.

ThEoDoRE has given full meaning to my music, and has finally charted the path to the fulfillment of my musical endeavors. To Manang Mely, my Aunt, a million thanks…rest assured I will continue your musical legacy.
